Outsource incoming mail but not outgoing

Our boarder MTA filters spam for our incoming email. However, we still send our outgoing email using Lotus Notes. Yahoo and other vendors look at the DKIM, therefore, we want to include the signature to improve the delivery of our emails. Yahoo has DomainKeys as a requirement for approval on their whitelist. There seems to be plenty of reasons to include this functionality in Lotus Notes.
